Information you provide

- publishing preferences, visibility choices, and platform selections;
- administrative login and operational settings used inside CreatorOS.
Information received from TikTok or another connected service
After you give permission through the service's official authorization screen, CreatorOS may receive and process only the information allowed by the approved scopes, which may include:
- basic account identifiers, display name, and profile image;
- authorization and refresh tokens needed to keep the connection active;
- video identifiers, publication status, and processing results;
- video lists and performance metrics such as views, likes, comments, and shares, when available.
Technical information
The server may create security and operational logs containing dates, request details, error information, and limited network or device data needed to protect and maintain the service.
3. How information is used
Information is used to:
- authenticate the authorized operator and connected accounts;
- store, organize, schedule, and publish requested content;
- track publication progress and report errors or completed status;
- display available account and content analytics;
- refresh authorized connections and prevent duplicate publishing;
- secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve CreatorOS;
- comply with applicable law and connected-platform requirements.
4. TikTok data and permissions
CreatorOS uses TikTok's official authorization and API services. The exact data available depends on the permissions approved by the account owner and granted to the application. CreatorOS does not request the TikTok account password.
TikTok permissions are used only for the features shown to the account owner, such as account identification, video publishing, publication status, video listing, and analytics. CreatorOS does not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling unrelated individuals, or selling personal data.
5. How information is stored and protected
- Connections use HTTPS when information travels between supported services and CreatorOS.
- Access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form within the application database.
- Access to CreatorOS is restricted by authentication and server permissions.
- Operational backups and logs are protected using server-level access controls.
No system can guarantee absolute security. The operator maintains reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to this private platform.
6. Sharing and disclosure
Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared only as needed with:
- the connected social media service when carrying out an action you requested;
- hosting or infrastructure providers that support operation of the private platform;
- professional advisers or authorities when required by law, security, or legal process;
- a successor operator if ownership of the platform is lawfully transferred.
7. Published content
Content published to TikTok or another connected service is processed and displayed under that service's own privacy policy and terms. Privacy settings selected in CreatorOS are transmitted to the connected service, but final availability and behavior are controlled by that service.
8. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, complete requested publications, or meet legal obligations.
- Uploaded content can be removed through CreatorOS where the feature is available.
- A connected TikTok account can be disconnected from CreatorOS or revoked from TikTok.
- Disconnecting removes or invalidates the active connection used by CreatorOS.
- Some limited records may remain temporarily in protected logs or backups until normal rotation.
- Content already published on TikTok must be managed under TikTok's own deletion controls when its API does not provide deletion.
9. Your choices
The authorized account owner may:
- decline requested permissions during the connection process;
- disconnect the social media account from CreatorOS;
- revoke application access from the connected service;
- review, correct, or delete stored content through available CreatorOS controls;
- ask the system administrator to review or remove account-related records.
10. Children's privacy
FIVNADO CreatorOS is a private professional management tool and is not directed to children. The platform does not knowingly invite children to create accounts or submit personal information.
11. International processing
Connected services and infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the account owner's location. Such processing remains subject to the safeguards and policies of the relevant provider and applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when CreatorOS features, integrations, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published here with the revised effective date.
